Include the following documents along with your unit or we will not be able to process you repair/return:

  • Copy of your purchase receipt or invoice from your original purchase
  • Print and include your Return Authorization number (RMA). *Received after completing the customer information form below via email
  • Please add the email service@kmg-import.com to your trusted email addresses so that it is not rejected by your spam filter
  • A return shipping label pre-purchased by the customer to be used to ship back the return either through USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS
  • Address shipping label completed with customer’s address and sent from the KMG returns address provided below

**Failure to provide a label will result in being contacted with a request for shipping payment. Default return shipping method is USPS Priority shipping. A $7 fee will be billed via PayPal invoice to cover materials and shipping cost, (which can be paid with credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal).

Warranty Service form

Information shared with KMG will not be used in any other form of solicitation, sold to any third party, or shared with any entity. This information will only be used to process your return authorization of merchandise.
